We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error occurs, notifying you promptly and issuing a full refund.

We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. GIAVA is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
